Fancy helping us make the festival sparkle? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Electrician to join the decor crew and help with our decorative power and lighting.

Applicants need to have had sufficient training and experience, be able to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve issues and confidently check the safety of lighting and power.

You would need to be available from 9 am Tuesday, 27th August until Friday, 30th August (4 days of setups and 1 day during the live weekend).

In return we can offer:
£120 per day
3 x meals per day in crew catering on working days
8 x drinks tokens for the festival weekend

TAKEDOWNS CREW

We’re on the hunt for strong people to work on the decor crew, taking down all the decor and installations from around the site and packing them away in the barn.

You’ll be able to enjoy the whole festival for free and then team up with the decor crew and pack the whole thing away, sharing stories of your weekend and making some good friends in between.

Dates: 10am Monday 2nd September until 6pm Thursday 5th September

Catering: We provide 3 x hot meals per day in crew catering on working days

Camping: Camping in your own tent.

Drinks: 10 x drinks tokens to be used in our bars

Expenses: Up to £50 for travel expenses (paid upon completion of shifts and receipts provided)

We will also need to take a refundable deposit of £200

ARTIST LIAISON VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED

Role: Artist Liaison Volunteer
Dates: Thursday 29th August (team briefing at 10:00AM) until Monday 2nd September 2024.
Expenses: £50 (this will be paid upon completion of your final shift).
Catering: 3 meals per day (breakfast only on Monday).
Camping: Within the staff campsite, please bring your own tent.

– This role would have you permanently based at one of the six live music stages for the whole weekend.
– You would be responsible for greeting artists, looking after them whilst they are in your backstage area and keeping the dressing rooms clean & tidy.
– You would be given shifts once you are onsite but would be required to work every day.
– Team Leaders will always ensure you have time off to rest & enjoy the festival to see your favourite bands.
– Previous experience within a similar role is required.

MERCH SHOP VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED

Role: Merch Shop Volunteer
Dates: Thursday 29th August – Monday 2nd September 2024.
Catering: 1 meal per day (Thu-Sun) from any of the traders onsite.

Camping: Within the staff campsite, please bring your own tent.

Previous experience within a similar role is required.

Under the direction of the Shop Manager. The team of Sales Assistants set up and take down the shop on site whilst acting as sales assistants throughout the live event. A chatty, mature and positive attitude is a must with previous sales assistance experience or having volunteered at End of The Road previously a bonus. You will work approx 6 hours per day.
