Forming in late 2019 during the Covid-19 pandemic, Captured Track signees Thus Love released their impressive debut album Memorial in 2022. The small-town trio’s fuzz-laden take on 80s new wave and gothic post-punk is modern and refreshing. Embodying the DIY ethos, Thus Love not only make music together but also cohabit, design their own merch and even built their own studio and rehearsal space from scratch. With their recent London show at Brixton’s Windmill dubbed as “fucking bananas“, it’s safe to say we’re on board!
