Heading the new breed of UK art-punk, English Teacher formed in 2020 by Lily Fontaine, Douglas Frost, Nicholas Eden, and Lewis Whiting. With hits such as “Polyawkward” and “R&B”, their quick-witted lyrics and electrifying live sets have NME calling the band “a vital voice from the heart of UK guitar music”. They played the Woods Stage in 2022, smashed it at the EOTR Christmas show in 2023 and for 2024 they’re back, bigger and better. Top marks!
