If you are 17 or under you will only be granted admission to the festival if you are accompanied by a guardian/parent/adult who is 21+. You will need to buy a ticket that is appropriate to your age. Photo ID may be requested at the ticket gates (and in the bars) for anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age.
Children 12 and under (including infants!) do need tickets and pricing can be found here. Children must be accompanied by an adult/parent. Our licence specifies a maximum number of bodies on site, and no matter how young or old – everybody counts! So even if your baby is only 1 week old – you would still need to purchase a free ticket in advance. Please note that there are a limited number of free infant tickets: we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.
There are no day tickets available for End of The Road.
Tiers don’t refer to access at the festival. There are no VIP sections and no areas to which different tiers afford you access above the other. Tiers only refer to the price you pay for the festival and general/family/quiet camping.
A booking fee will be charged on all new orders. There is no P&P because we send out e-tickets. There will be an £1 booking fee charge per Payment Plan ticket ordered to cover bank transaction costs.
We accept payment via debit/credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
Our Terms and Conditions can be found here.
Payment Plan tickets will become available as soon as Early Bird and Tier 1 tickets sell out. You will need to pay the remaining balance in monthly instalments by 30th June 2026.
From Tier 2 onwards, adult and youth tickets can be secured by an initial payment of £60 (plus booking fee). The number of monthly instalments and the amount of each instalment will depend on when the initial payment is made.
The payment amount and dates of your Payment Plan tickets and the deadline of the final payment are confirmed in the ticket description upon purchase and in your ticket purchase confirmation email. After purchase, you’ll be able to check the payment amounts, dates and deadline from your TicketSellers account. To log in, click here.
The number of instalments in your Payment Plan will depend on when you purchase the initial order. Each payment that follows will occur on a monthly basis up until the Payment Plan deadline. Monthly instalments will be debited from the card you used for the initial payment. Ticket barcodes will be sent out closer to the event date, and will also be available in ‘My tickets’ on your account. To log in, click here.
The dates are confirmed in the ticket description, but you can also find them in your order confirmation email and in ‘Instalment payments’ on your account here.
There isn’t any flexibility with the dates, so once the payments have been scheduled with your card, we won’t be able to change them.
Payments are attempted from midnight on the date, so please ensure that you have enough funds in advance.
It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date and keep an eye on your bank account if you notice nothing has been paid out. If you miss a payment and do not pay it off by the deadline, your instalment plan will be automatically cancelled.
Instalment plans are non-refundable. Your payment plan reminders might go to spam. Please add [email protected] to your Contact List / Safe Sender List now and keep an eye on your spam/junk folders. Automatic reminders and communications regarding missed payments will be sent from this email address.
If a payment cannot be taken for any reason you will be sent an email alerting you. You will then have until 48 hours before the next months’ payment is due to make the missed payment manually.
If you miss a payment and do not pay it off by that deadline, your Payment Plan will be automatically cancelled. Payment Plans are non-refundable. Alternative options may be provided by the event if you still want to attend, but are not guaranteed.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event gets cancelled or postponed.
You can contact ticketsellers customer care team to pay off their instalment in full at any time: [email protected]
Please note that instalment email reminders are sent out per plan/ticket, not per order. If you have purchased more than one type of plan, you must check all emails to ensure you don’t receive any missed payment notifications. We will send a reminder email as the deadline approaches, but it is your responsibility to make sure the payment is made before the deadline. The system is dependent on having your correct email address, so if you don’t receive a confirmation email within 30 min of paying your deposit for your ticket(s), please get in touch with TicketSellers. You can also update your details from ‘Update my personal details’ on your TicketSellers account here.
Child, Car Park and Live-In Vehicle tickets are not available as Payment Plan tickets: they have to be paid for in full.
As outlined in the festival’s Terms & Conditions, orders are non-refundable.
However, we will work with an official reseller where you can try to sell your ticket(s). Resales will open in the Summer.
Note that any tickets found to have been resold through a medium other than our official resale platform, will not be honoured by the festival.
