CASH / CARD

All our bars are cashless. Caterers and traders will be able to accept cash and card. Roaming Programme sellers only accept cash. You can withdraw cash via ATM machines in the festival arena and at the campsite. There is a charge for these.

CAMPING

We have 6 camping areas: General, Family, Boutique, Accessible, Campervan and Quiet. More information on the facilities available in each area can be found here.

Toilets & Showers

UNISEX Toilet Blocks

We use compost toilets in most of our toilet blocks. Compost toilets are a chemical-free, water-free, renewable alternative to normal flushing or chemical event toilets. They require less cleaning, produce less odour and are better for the environment. Find out more at compoostsolutions.co.uk

Showers

There are lots of showers all located in one main block close to the general and family camping areas. Showers are open during daylight hours, from 6am each morning until 8pm approximately. We strongly encourage all audience members to please keep showers short and to use eco-friendly products where possible.

SECURITY & SAFETY

• The First Aid Tent & Welfare is located across from the pavilions. In the campsites, there will be roaming foot patrols in the day
• The Information point is located on the main campsite road close to the Woods Stage.
• Lost property will held at the Information point for the duration of the festival. Should you be searching for items after the festival has ended, please email [email protected] with a description of your item(s) and a member of staff will assist you where possible.
• All our water points are suitable for drinking. The water in the toilets is not drinking water.
• Cash machines are opposite the Big Top on the way from the Wood Stage towards the Garden Stage.
• A free lock up scheme is run by Friends of the Earth. It faces the main campsite near the Woods Stage entrance to the village.
• Don’t leave valuables unattended in your tent. During the night, keep them in an inaccessible place such as your sleeping bag.
• Put your phone number on your child’s wristband.
• Exposure to loud noise can damage your hearing. Do come prepared with well-fitting ear protection for you and your children.
• We have a zero tolerance policy to sexual harassment and sexual assault. Read more here.
• We have a zero tolerance policy for offensive behaviour or discrimination of any kind. This is deemed to be (but not limited to) racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism and/or any form of intersectional discrimination where these combine.
• We proudly stand with trans, non-binary and intersex communities and protect the right of individuals to use the bathroom facilities that align with their gender identity.

THINGS YOU CAN’T DO

• Smoke inside any of the festival tents. This is the law.
• Drugs – Big NO! We have a zero tolerance policy and your stay with us will be short.

• Bring pets other than assistance dogs.
• Bring personal sound systems.
• Make open fires or barbecues (camping stoves used away from tents are fine).
• Take camping chairs, trolleys and ground blankets forward of the Woods Stage sound desk and Garden Stage sound desk after 5pm, or into the Folly Stage or Big Top stage after 5pm.

• There is a festival shop in the general campsite just before you enter the village for all those vital bits and pieces you forgot.
