Named after the Duke Ellington song “Mood Indigo” and brought up on Joni Mitchell and Neil Young, Indigo Sparke’s latest album Hysteria (2022)-  co-produced by Adrianne Lenker-  is a deep and intimate ode to death, decay and the restless feeling of wanting to belong to something greater. It’s personal, poignant and breathtakingly beautiful.
