Throwing together glam, goth and electronica, oddball art punks HMLTD formed in 2015 and have since risen to fame as one of London’s most-loved unconventional indie-electro rock bands. Their live sets are euphoric and explosive, with their 2017 show at End of the Road described by Loud & Quiet as “thrillingly unpredictable”. Their dystopian new album The Worm – which utilises 47 musicians in all, including a gospel choir and a 16-piece string orchestra – is due in April ‘23. It’s safe to say HMLTD don’t do things by halves.
