Weaving post-punk riffs with honest lyricism and sharp jangle-pop melodies, Floodlights garnered global attention with 2019’s sold-out EP Backyard. Since then they’ve performed alongside the likes of Amyl and The Sniffers and Pavement. 2023 sees the release of their highly-anticipated second album, exploring themes of personal turbulence, national identity and honest soul searching out into the heartlands of the Australian landscape.
