Brooklyn based four-piece, Crumb, make magical intoxicating psych-rock with jazzy undertones. It’s a heady mix: lead singer Lila Ramani’s vocals are warm and alluring as they flutter over lazy drums, piano and spacey synths. Think Badbadnotgood, ‘60s pop in the vein of Quilt, and a dash of Tame Impala. They have two EPs out which are a magical mix of funk bass, 1970s keys and tight jazz drumming. Just listen to “Locket” to see how original they are, as it soars off a wave of dazzling and hypnotic keys and percussion. Get ready for a head trip.
