These individuals are in place to act as the main point of contact for artist liaison activity on their designated stage throughout the entire festival period for the Artist Liaison Manager, Artists, Tour Managers, Stage Manager & crew. They will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Artist Liaison Team on their stage and ensuring every artist requirement is met in regards to hospitality. They will also be responsible for the shift rotation of their volunteer team acting as the Line Manager for their volunteers, making sure each individual is not only working the required number of shifts, but also taking their breaks.

Artist Liaison Volunteers

Dates: Wednesday 30th August – Monday 4th September 2017.

Previous experience within a similar role required.

Expenses

Based at one stage for the duration of the festival. These individuals will be line managed by their Artist Liaison Team Leader, working on rotation, fulfilling any tasks required to ensure a smooth operation of the backstage area – essentially acting as a runner – collecting riders, making sure artists go on stage on time, setting up riders in the dressing rooms, collating PRS form, directing the touring party to merchandise tent, crew catering etc, ensuring the green room is fully stocked, tidying dressing rooms and collecting meals where necessary.

Merchandise Shop Sales Assistants

Dates: Wednesday 30th August – Mon 4th September 2017.

Previous experience within a similar role required.

Expenses

Under the direction of the Shop Manager. The team of Sales Assistants both set up and take down the shop on site whilst acting as sales assistants throughout the live event. A chatty, mature and positive attitude is a must with previous sales assistance experience or having volunteered at End of the Road previously a bonus.
